Montana Invasive Species Council
Stephanie Hester is an invasive species program manager with Montana’s Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. She has been the coordinator of the Montana Invasive Species Council since its inception in December 2014. She also manages the Department’s aquatic invasive species grant program and served on the rapid response team when invasive mussel larvae were detected in Montana in fall 2016.

Stephanie earned a BA in Environmental Studies from the Evergreen State College and a MBA from the University of Montana. She is a certified PMP (project management professional).

Stephanie lives in Helena, MT, with her husband and two sons, and spends her spare time exploring the outdoors, cooking, and traveling.
