Jeff Allen has served as Executive Director of Forth (formerly known as Drive Oregon) since December 2011. Forth is a nonprofit industry organization working to advance electric, smart, and shared transportation in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Through innovation and industry development, demonstration projects, advocacy and engagement, Forth is transforming the way we get around. Mr. Allen previously served as Executive Director or organizational development consultant to several nonprofit organizations, including the Oregon Environmental Council, where he served as Executive Director from 1996-2006. He holds a Master’s degree in public policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan.
