Assistant Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordinator
Dione Mazzolini is an Assistant Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordinator (AWMDC) and Hazardous Evidence Response Team Lead for the FBI’s Seattle Division.  Ms. Mazzolini began her career in 2002 in the FBI Laboratory’s Forensic Response Section then transferred to Seattle, WA in December of 2014.  The mission of the Weapons of Mass Destruction Program is to lead the FBI’s efforts to deny state and non-state sponsored adversaries access to WMD materials and technologies, to detect and disrupt the use of WMD, and to respond to WMD threats and incidents.  Ms. Mazzolini received a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Montana Tech and was a consultant to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency prior to joining the FBI.
